I specialize in counseling youth and young adults with chronic illnesses including but not limited to cancer, arthritis, juvenile arthritis, Crohn's disease, Lyme Disease, diabetes, etc. With chronic illness rising so rapidly in young people, our health care system cannot keep up. Having gone through chronic Lyme disease and rheumatoid arthritis as a child, I know how devastating and isolating it can be to a child or young adult. Chronic illnesses affect people on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.

I will work with you to improve your quality of life and to manage your pain and symptoms. Through food and lifestyle recommendations, I help you to  reduce symptoms of pain, depression, rash, inflammation, mental fog, loose stools, constipation and gas, and also to lose weight, increase energy, and live passionately despite overwhelming conditions.

I also work with clients for general weight loss and increased energy!
