Stephanie Hay

Stephanie Hay is a Certified Health Counselor and dedicated nutrition enthusiast. She is passionate about improving the quality of people’s lives by helping them achieve the energy, vibrancy, and physical vigor that she has found for herself.

Stephanie received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City in June 2008. She is certified by Columbia University and leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual nutritional counseling. Stephanie works with clients by setting up personalized goals based on their health concerns and educates clients in making healthier food and lifestyle choices.
