I am a yoga teacher and an AADP board certified holistic health and nutrition counselor.  I work with individuals to help them discover the obstacles keeping them from living their healthiest and most vibrant life.

Everyone is unique in what they need to obtain optimum health and our most basic needs are very similar.

I work with a variety of health issues from general health and wellness to digestive issues, weight loss, and managing stress for a life in balance.

Sessions can be by phone or in person in the metro Atlanta area. My program includes two one-hour sessions a month for six months (12 sessions).  These sessions include tailored instruction for reaching your life and health goals.  Additionally, you will receive books, DVD’s and other items selected to help you in your transition to your new healthy life!
