My journey to health started in my first yoga class. I wasn't particularly healthy: I smoked, drank too much, ate like there was no tomorrow and never exercised! I was completely miserable. It was then that I realized I wanted something better for my life. I decided to make my health and happiness a priority: I dropped the smokes and high heels and picked up some broccoli and running shoes. I made the transformation from lazy and troubled to healthy, happy and positive and so can you. I am more than excited to share my knowledge & experience to help support you on your path to a happy, healthy, rewarding life.
