My passions of working with children and families on health and fitness came together with the creation of Kids-Move!(www.kids-move.com). Kids-Move! has a powerful relationship with Mommy-Moves! (www.mommy-moves.com). Both companies have a hands on approach in PREVENTING obesity and inactivity in the United States. We have programs designed to work with schools, health care facilities, parents, children, and families. We combine nutrition AND fitness helping families create a healthy lifestyle from the start!

As a mother of two young boys, I know and value the importance of raising a fit, healthy, and happy family. Families can be FUN! FIT! and HEALTHY!
