Are you going through life in a daze, with no real purpose and no idea what it is you want to accomplish?  Are you already tired when you get up in the morning, not really feeling bad but feeling lousy, going through the motions until it is time to go to bed at night?

That was me a few years ago, until I was diagnosed with gluten-intolerance. What could have been devastating news changed my life. Nutrition became my passion and helping others suffering from food allergies is my mission.

I trained to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the only nutrition school in the world integrating all the different dietary theories and combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone, and raw foods. I obtained my certification in July 2009 and I'm a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
